Linocut Print Series
A collection of woodland animals carved and printed by hand. The project explores a quiet dialogue between nature, folk ornament and the physicality of handmade materials.
Created in 2020 and supported by the Pomeranian Voivodeship Art Scholarship.
This series was created entirely by hand — from carving each block to making the paper itself.
I recycled studio scraps into sheets of textured, imperfect paper, whose organic surface shaped the final prints. Every animal was carved in linoleum and printed using traditional relief-printing methods, combining dense black forms with delicate botanical details.
